LBC News understand that comrades are planning to disrupt Prime Minister Andrew Holness visit to Junction, to attend a function to officially turn on the Essex Valley Water system.

In a WhatsApp message seen by LBC News, Comrades of Myersville division and surrounding areas, are been advised of “a massive demonstration” for Wednesday morning at 9:30 am in Junction St. Elizabeth, where the prime minister will be turning on the Essex valley water supply.

The message went on to state that the reason for the demonstration is that the water is to go only to junction. LBC News understand that is not true, as the Essex Valley water system is to benefit Junction and surrounding districts.

The message went on to state that Transportation is been organized to take demonstrators to Junction with placards. The organizer who we understand is one Layton Smith, a PNP Councillor, is looking for 300 persons to attend.
