Over 700 Million allocated for Rural Water Supply improvement

The government will be allocating 795 million dollars to improve water supply in Rural areas through the Rural Water Supply Limited to implement their projects aimed at bringing water to areas without or those that needs improvement.

That’s the word from Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke while delivering his maiden Budget speech in parliament earlier today.

It will involved the rehabilitation of catchment tanks, the installation of guttering, storage, and the installation of solar pumps in schools and other public institutions.
