The People’s National Party (PNP) has indicated it will not be supporting a further extension of the State of Emergency in St. Catherine North or in St. James.

The revelation came a short while ago from Party Leader Dr. Peter Phillips.

This refusal by the PNP comes on the heels of Peter Phillips recently indicating that the PNP was going to pull it’s support over the ungoing Petrojam matter.

The state of emergency is expected to come to end.
