As the Peter Phillips led PNP is gearing up to withdraw it’s support for the ongoing State of Emergency in St. James and St. Catherine, the St. James State of Emergency has netted a Reputed gangster from Barrett Town in St. James, Nico Samuels, o/c Bowza. He was cut down during aa security forces operation at a house in Ironshore, Montego-bay.

The Operations are still underway now. There are reports of a Heavy exchange of gunfire. At least 2 guns seized so far and two Policemen reportedly shot/injured.

In January this year the Police had listed ‘Bowza’ as among the top 5 most wanted men in St. James. He was cut down just now during a heavy exchange of gunfire between a joint Police/military team and gangsters in Hatfield, Ironshore St. James.

The gun Battle between the  Security forces and Gunmen in the house was so intense that they  had was to  send for reinforcement as several heavily armed gangsters have opened sustained gun fire on a Police/military team which cordoned off a house in Ironshore.

This is the same state of emergency that Peter Phillips and the PNP wants to see ended. It begs the question: does the PNP love Jamaicans dead?
