Six in custody as Police find more guns.

A man and a woman are in Police custody following the seizure of a .357 Magnum revolver at a house occupied by the two, in Rocky Settlement, Clarendon on Monday, October 1. The weapon was reportedly found in a toilet tank wrapped in a black plastic bag. 

Meanwhile the police is also reporting that Four persons are in custody including a UK citizen following the seizure of a Glock 17 Pistol and ten 9mm rounds of ammunition on Tues, Oct 2 during an operation in Sheffield, Negril in Westmoreland. They were charged with illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.

Story update.

An AK-47 rifle with fifteen rounds of 7.62 cartridges and a Taurus 9mm pistol with fifteen rounds of ammunition have been seized by the Police in Newlands, Portmore, St. Catherine on Tuesday, Oct 2. Two men have been taken into custody.
