Thirteen arrested in Westmoreland by joint police military team

One man who was listed as a Person of Interest by the Westmoreland Police has turned himself in to the police.

Meanwhile Thirteen other persons in whom investigators have an interest have also been arrested in the parish in an ungoing Joint Military Police operation now underway.

A high powered weapon and assorted ammunition has also been found.

The joint Police Military operation comes in the wake of a spare of shooting which left Seven dead including two children.
