A stellar line-up of analysts, commentators as well as High-Definition (HD) streaming and coverage headline the first-class broadcast plans in place for the 2016 edition of the ISSA/FLOW Super Cup competition which starts tomorrow.

Coverage of the third staging of the dynamic and competitive four-week-long tournament will be streamed live on FLOW Sports in HD, online via the FLOW Sports Mobile App, as well as on CVM TV, with Phase 3 and Admark Jamaica Limited providing the first-world production.

Meanwhile, Damion Gordon, Wayne Walker, Chris Taylor, Owen Hill and Red Stripe Premier League coach Andrew Price will update viewers with top-class commentary and analysis throughout the tournament dubbed the “Champions League of Schoolboy Football”.

According to FLOW’s Carlo Redwood, vice-president for Marketing & Television, the broadcast plans are aimed at bringing the standard of the competition in closer alignment with international tournaments, while offering the best possible coverage to customers.

“This year, we are excited to have a top group of highly respected analysts and commentators for the broadcast of our Super Cup Tournament, who deliver football commentary on a consistent basis in Jamaica as well as outside our borders. We are also excited about the first-world quality broadcast of FLOW Super Cup 2016 that will be delivered in HD quality through FLOW Sports, online via the

FLOW Sports App as well as on CVM TV,” Redwood noted.

For the third year, the organisers will be offering eight teams from the Manning and daCosta Cup Competitions an opportunity to vie for a share of over $2 million in cash along with the prestigious title when the tournament begins with a grand kick-off this weekend (Friday and Saturday).

All games for the knockout tournament will be played at the National Stadium and Sabina Park in Kingston, and Catherine Hall Sports Complex in Montego Bay.

The ISSA/FLOW Super Cup final will take place on November 12 at the National Stadium.
