The United States Embassy in Kingston has denied reports circulating on Social Media and being spread by the desperate Opposition Peoples National Party (PNP), including one of its Senator, that there is an extradition request for Government Minister Daryl Vaz.

In a tweet the embassy said contrary to rumours there is no extradition request for any Government Minister.

Earlier this week Dayrl Vaz denied that there was any extradition request out for him.

PNP Senator Lambert Brown has being one of the chief perpetrators of the fake news assertion. On Twitter he called on Prime Minister Andrew Holness to deny the reports circulating on Social Media. He is yet to get a response. And one suspect he will never get one as the PM has very little time for such idlers.
