The community of Lacey in West Rural St. Andrew now has greater and more consistent access to potable water, with the installation of Black drums courtesy of MP Juliet Cuthbert-Flyn.

The community has about 300 residents who has been getting little or no water because it comes mostly at nights or some days when no one is home. As a poor community most persons cannot afford a tank so they are without water because of the time of day its received.

The installation of the water tanks will be able to serve them whenever water is needed and refills nightly to give residents constant water.
